Professional Referrals
SpiritLife Inc.
Building Strong Referral Partnerships to Better Serve Our Community
The referral process at SpiritLife begins similarly to our admissions process. Referral sources can reach out to our admissions team at any time to discuss potential placement. Our trained admissions coordinators will gather relevant history, including substance use background and any medical or mental health concerns that may impact treatment. If the referred individual is currently in a hospital setting, our medical team will review the necessary documentation to determine if our level of care is appropriate.
Once an individual is determined to be a good fit for our program, the admissions coordinator will confirm availability and coordinate next steps, including potential transportation arrangements when needed.
At SpiritLife, we maintain strong communication with referral sources throughout an individual’s stay. With proper consent, our team will provide updates to ensure a collaborative approach to treatment and continuity of care.
While many individuals reach out to SpiritLife on their own, we also receive referrals from a variety of trusted professionals and organizations, including but not limited to:
- Hospitals
- Drug and alcohol outpatient providers
- Mental health outpatient providers
- Private clinicians
- Physicians
- Employee Assistance Program (EAP) professionals
- Unions
- Attorneys
- Insurance representatives
- Family members
